  • Week 1 Day 1:
  • What are your goals?
  • Ask yourself why you want to micro dose mushrooms?
  • Set your intention.
  • Take 50-100mg first thing in the morning.
  • Clear your schedule if possible in case you experience any side effects. Side effects may include drowsiness or upset stomach.
  • Go for a walk. Listen to music. Take a bath.

  • Give yourself positive affirmations.

 Day 2-4:

  • If you noticed drowsiness, decrease dose by 25 MG, if you did not notice any positive changes, increase dose by 25mg.
  • Reflect on day 1. Note any side effects (if any).
  • At the end of the day, make note of how you were feeling.
  • Go about your day as usual.
  • Take 50-100mg first thing in the morning.

 Day 4-7

  • No Dose. If you’re feeling particularly overwhelmed, stressed etc. before your 3 day break is done, take 50 mg.
  • Take note of how you are feeling daily in a journal.

Tolerance Breaks for Psilocybin

 Week two

  • Day 1: Try to decrease your dose of psilocybin by 25mg (if your dose has been at 50 mg, keep it here, as anything less than 50mg may not be effective).
  • Day 2: Reflect on Week 2, day one. If your positive changes are still there. Keep at new decreased dose. If you are noticing less benefits, go back up by 25 mg.
  • Day 3-4: Repeat MG from day 2.
  • Day 4-7: No Dose Day.
  • Week 3: Repeat week 2
